Turning Campaign Conversations into Useful Client Strategy
Strong client conversations connect campaign performance to the customer’s goals, then translate observations into a clear next step.

A campaign conversation is most useful when it begins with the client’s goal. Performance data matters, but the numbers need to be interpreted in the context of what the customer is trying to achieve.
Revisit the objective
Before discussing metrics, confirm the campaign objective, audience, and intended outcome. A measure that matters for one goal may be less relevant for another. This shared context makes recommendations more precise.
Explore what the data suggests
Look for patterns and changes, then ask what might explain them. Consider audience, creative, targeting, timing, and the customer’s own priorities. Avoid treating one metric as a complete diagnosis.
Recommend a focused experiment
A useful recommendation is specific and connected to the goal. Explain what to change, why it may help, and how you will assess the result. A focused test makes it easier to learn and decide what to do next.
Agree on follow-up
Close by confirming the action, ownership, and review point. This keeps advice connected to execution and helps the client see the conversation as part of an ongoing partnership.
The strongest client strategy combines product knowledge, careful listening, and a clear link between campaign decisions and business outcomes.
